1.  Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

We are a manufacturer located in Yiwu China since 1998, with a large factory covering an area of 30,000 square meters; we have 350 employees and the daily output exceeds 7000pcs of bags.

3. Where is your major market?

Our main markets are American, Middle-east and African, and we are very successful in Peru, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Nigeria, Algeria and etc;

4. Who are your target customers?

As a large manufacturer making to order, and our direct customers are large wholesalers, importer, chain store merchandiser etc; we don’t retail for we don’t have bags in stock.

5. Do you have your own brand and do you accept OEM or ODM order?

Yes, we do; We have our own brand named KKXIU which is very popular with South American customers; with the help of our strong R&D and production team, we welcome all OEM and ODM order.

6. How can we get the sample from you?

We can help you make sample based on our existing model or according to your design; 

1). If based on our existing model, each one will be charged USD30-50 in advance as the sample charge; however, this charge will be refunded once you place the bulk order; the sample will be sent out within 1 week after receipt of the sample charge.

2). If the sample must be according to your design, each one will be charged USD50 in advance as the sample charge, this sample charge will be refunded once you place the bulk order and the lead time of sample is 5-10 days;

7. What is your MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

Normally, our MOQ is 500pcs/model with 3-5 colors for option; for the first order, we could accept 300pcs/model with 3 colors for option as trial order to test the market.

8. What is your term of payment?

We usually accept T/T and L/C at sight, 30% deposit should be paid in advance and 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

9. What is your term of quality warranty?

30 days after your receipt of the shipment.
