 3.PVC Workshop:

 Chienyeh owns 3 production lines equiped with advanced and mature technology and high reliability in the industry.It imported a new production line in March,2023,the new line with cutting-edge technology,high stability and reasonable layout has been the most advanced PVC producing line in the industry in China, besides calendaring liner, it has been equipped with automatic weighing system and thickness measuring system and visual inspection system,which can meet high quality requirement from the customers. Now, the full production capacity of pharmaceutical PVC can reach 25,000tons/year.

Laboratory:

 Our laboratory has 100% equiped advanced test instruments and apparatus according to national YBB standards like Angilent gas chromatograph,infrared spectrometer,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,water vapor permeameter,oxygen permeameter,electron tensile testing machine,falling-ball impact test machine,electronic balance, biochemical incubator,vacuum testing device,Kang type oscillator,Electric heated blast dry box ,Electric heating constant temperature incubator, Biochemical incubator,box-type oven,Electromagnetic induction sealing machine,Digital acidity meter,Heat Seal Tester ,etc, which can meet the needs of Performance tests such as physical and mechanical properties,chemical properties,microbial limit,ect and Chienyeh has 100% self-inspection ability except abnormal toxicity indicators(abnormal toxicity usually be tested by entrusted provincial test center within per half a year).

 Warehouse Management:

 The main materials we used are from chlor-alkali enterprises like SINOPEC,PetroChina,our company has established internal control standards based on YBB standard to analyse and conclude various of raw materials cos the country has no any material specially used for pharmaceutical packaging, and we always strictly judge the raw materials correspond to national YBB standard to ensure our all products 100% confirmed to the YBB standards. The company has a solid raw material warehouse, a liquid raw material warehouse, a finished product warehouse, and a defective product warehouse.The sites have eye-catching area signs,status signs to ensure all the info on the signs are same with the real goods,we usually make special tests on the small samples according to the YBB standards after the raw materials received, and will Complete the storage procedure and use after all results qualified.
