Control System

Clamps & Carriages



  1. Transfer stroke and clamping stroke on horizontal columns. Each column slides on indented rolled bronze bushings. All columns are made from chromeplated C45 steel.

  2. Mold opening and closing sequences are safeguarded by a non-contact switch in order to ensure accuracy of each motion.

  3. Equipped with hot knife or cold knife for cutting parison(s).


Extrusion System



  1. Advanced central feed extrusion, optimal flow channel design which results in faster color-change.

  2. Heads can be configured with up to 4 parisons depending on size of container and machine model.

  3. Optionally 100 points parison control can be supplied for accurate control of blown product wall thickness distribution.

  4. Multiple heating zones evenly distributed throughout different part of die-head to ensure accurate temperature control of the molten plastic material.

  5. Extrusion head is made from a combination of tempered 38CrMoALA and stainless steel S136H. It is manufacturer into shape in-house at high precision CNC center in order to ensure highest quality and performance of this part.




  • The extruder barrel is made from 42CrMo steel alloy and its inner wall treated with powered alloy casting. The extruder screw is also made from 42CrMo steel alloy and its surface is chromeplated with the ridges are treaded with sprayed nickel alloy. The extruder screw design has been developed in order to maximize plasticizing volume and ensure uniform mix during melting process. 

  • Multiple heat zones and cooling fans allow independent heating and cooling. Precision control of heating with PID and PWM precision temperature control modules for centralized heating control.

Blowpin System



  • Blowpin movements are actuated by Vickers®  directional hydraulic valves,

  • Stations are equipped with an interchangeable Tplate, fitted with four points adjustable 

  • blow pin holder for ease of centering.

  • Equipped with photoelectric sensors to ensure continuous accuracy of positioning.

  • Water-cooled, double-wall design blowpins for rapid venting.

Vickers® , Taiwan Northman®  directional valves and main system vane pump. 


Hydraulic oil pre-heat feature and automatic temperature control available upon request.

Independent gauges for flow adjustment of parison support air and parison decompression.

Two is we supply engineer to you, you provide the cost of the visa, passenger tickets(round-trip ticket), room and board. Beside you need pay our person 100USD per day, and also we will pay our person. The place is supplied by yourself.
