1.How soon can I get your response?

Our company rules that we must reply customers within 24 hours. However, the average responding time is within 12 hours.

2.Do you provide samples ? 
Yes, in general, we offer samples firstly. After samples are approved, you can place a bulk order for us.

3.Which kind of service do you provide?

We provide custom laser cutting service, CNC machining service, welding service, stamping service, deep drawn service, CNC bending service, tube bending service, especially assembly service, etc.

4.Are you trading company or manufacturer?

We are a specialized manufacturer.

5.How to ensure every process’ quality?

We have all the process in house, such as laser cutting, cnc machining, robot welding, sheet metal bending, wire cutting, etc, which can make your finished products in house. Full quality control from raw material to finished product. 100% inspection with report before shipping.  

6.How long is your delivery time?

Mostly depending on your quantity. Generally 45~60 days after payment received.

7.What is your terms of payment?
Trade Assurance , TT is available.

For tooling and sample fee: 100% deposit; for bulk order: 30% deposit, the left 70% to be paid before shipment after approval of quality.

8.How do you ship the goods to us?

We have the forwarder cooperated with us, and they can deliver the goods to your in a very short time with competitive price. You also can ship goods by your own agent as your convenience.

7.What is your after-sale service?
Regardless of the ability of any machine shop, things can sometimes go wrong.
