Working Principle

When start the double teeth roll crusher, these two rollers begain to rotate in opposite directions. Firstly, because of the effect of the friction , ore materials are getting into the crushing chamber from the inlet the materials getting into the two rollers, the extrusion makes the materials crushed. Then with its self-weight, the crushed materials are discharged from the gap between the two rollers. The minimal gap between the two rollers is the size of the final products. And 2PGC series of roller crusher has these most important parts, such as Housing, 2 sets of teethed rollers and 2 motors and reducer etc.
