Low temperature carbonization fiber(felt, cloth)
Carbonization the viscose material with the temperature (320°C) and it is to be a heat-resisting and it is to be a heat- resisting and flame retardant material.The carbon content is ≥50%,its thickness is 0.3mm-12mm.STD weights 50-800g /m2, lgnition temperature is ≤ 300*C.This product is mainly used to insulate heat, retard flame, anticorrosion, conduct electricity and prepare the activated carbon fiber.
High temperature carbonization fiber (felt,cloth)
Carbonization the viscose material with high temperature(~ 1000°C) and it is to be a heat-resisting and flame retardant material.The carbon content is ≥ 90%,its thickness is 0.2mm-12mm, STD weight is 50-600g/m2, ignition temperature is ≥ 500m2 and it has good electric conductivity.This broduct is mainly used to insulate heat, retard flame, anticorrosion, conduct electricity.
The raw material is viscose fiber ( rayon-based fiber), obtained by the pre-oxygen, high-temperature carbonization process. It is an excellent high-temperature insulation material, which not only has the other types of general characteristics of the carbon felt, but also has the low-density, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and a series of excellent performance. It is suitable as thermal insulation materials, corrosion-resistant materials, and processed into graphite carbon felt.
It can adsorb organic gases. the adsorption is larger than granular and powdered activated carbon.

1,Special export package(vacuum compressed packing with PVC and wooden frame, thick kraft paper bag cover the pallet.
