4, Except the motor and plate, the other parts of wine filter press  are made of high quality 304 stainless steel corrosion-resistant material, beautiful appearance and health, durable and long service life.

5, The material of plate is made of PP, high strength, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali, non-toxic and tasteless.

6, All the parts of wine filter press have been installed with the sealing ring (milky silicone rubber seals, non-toxic high temperature), no leakage, good sealing performance.

Suspensions(material to be filtered) will be put into the hermetic straining chamber of plate frame filter by pump, at the function of the pressure, suspension will flow through the filter layer, filter membrane and other filter media, and flow out through the filter membrane then,the filter residue will be left and become filter cake in the sheet frame, so purpose for the solid-liquid separation will be come true.
