Thermal conductive silica gel SD916R has both bonding and good thermal (heat dissipation) properties. The thermal conductive silica gel is a reinforced neutral silicone elastic rubber. After curing, the rubber has good resistance to high and low temperature changes. It will not
fall off after long-term use, and will not cause contact gaps to reduce heat dissipation.

Application :

The most important application is to replace the thermal grease (paste) for the filling and bonding between the CPU and the heat sink, the thyristor intelligent control module and the heat sink, the high-power electrical module and the heat sink.
