sealed insulating glass unit refers to the glass partitioned with aluminum framework sandwiched between two layers or multi-layers of plat glass and pumped with dry air and stuffed with a small quantity of desiccant to keep the air dry, and besides the periphery of the glass shall then be sealed with gasket cement (butyl rubber, polysulfide sealant or structural adhesive) so as to bind and synthesize the insulating units of glass.
