Conveyor PU & Alloy Secondary Belt Cleaner for Mining Industry
DB-PPA Secondary PU & Alloy Belt Cleaner can be mounted in any secondary cleaning position-usually about 100mm from which the belt leaves the head pulley.
The PU blade has a tungsten carbide tip.
Unique structure with multi-level buffer (1. PU blade 2 Rubber torsion element 3. Spring tensioner), reduce the impact to mechanical fasteners and make the PU blade more away from the fasteners and pass easily without damaging the belt.
Applications:
1. Belt width: 500~2000mm
2. Suitable for both mechanical or vulcanized joint belt.
3. Suitable for tough applications with wet, sticky carryback.
