General information:
YOH high temperature dyeing machine series has been developed constantly, having integrated many items of research results on high temperature technique. Combined with the advanced automatic control and inspection system, equipped with accurate instruments and valves shorten the whole dyeing process time and enhance the dyeing quality. Having applied the mature technique of liquid bypass and rapid circulation of dyeing solution, liquor ratio reduce to 1:5~6 while in full load, hence increasing production and reduce sewage discharge. The nozzles and lifter wheel located at a higher level, the volume of cloth reaches the maximum rinse effectively. To control the water consumption and the time of rinsing, an advanced multi-functional intelligent rinsing system has been developed. Optimized structures, new technique and huge capacity have greatly enhanced the performance of the dyer. YOH is the ideal equipment with much economic effective in this industry.
