The Paulownia wood is very light, fine-grained and warp-resistant.

Head Rig

The Primary saw cuts the logs into sawn boards.

Selecting

Selecting the qualified Sawn boards for the next step.

Edging

Removes irregular edges and defects from sawn boards.

Planing

Sawing again for ensures that each Timber has a uniform width and thickness.

Drying

Natural evaporation of the wood's MC.

Trimming

The trimmer squares off the ends of lumber into uniform pieces.

Sanding

Sanding each side of the Timber.

Packaging

After Grading, the same grade timber will be packaged together and stored.

Dimension Control: Using the most sophisticated equipment, the Length, Width and thickness of the boards or products have been produced with very strict dimension control.

Packing & Delivery

Careful Packaging

Specialized Sealing Films are sealed on the six surfaces of the boards package.
Thicker Corrugated Papers are packaged Six-Sides for protecting all of the faces and angles.
Three/Five-Lays Plywood Boards are packed Six-Sides for resistance from outside.
Toughness Packing Belts are strapping strongly on the outside of the Package.
Stronger Wood Pallets at the bottom for making the Unloading easier for shipment receiving.

3 km distance of the national road from our Factory to the High-Way Entry.
30 container trailers or more we can arrange for the delivery.
500 km distance of the national high-way road from our factory to the Qingdao Port.

Regarding the courier cost: You can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; Or inform us your DHL collection account.
