 1/ Tolerance Permitted for Brushes Shipment

 a) Since all high class brushes should be all handmade including animal hair’s length,gross weight, wooden handles (except for metal ferrule and plastic handles made by mould), it will unavoidable have a permitted tolerance.

b) No more than 10pcs hair loss or falling will be permitted if by hand pulling or twisting in hand except

continuing hair loss,finally brushes shipment quality mainly depends on approved samples because different class brushes have different quality standard.

c) Other Detail or request not stated here can be further discussed as per clients’s request while ordering.

 2)/ Responsibility

 Free Replacement and all the loss concerned direct importer, the third users and courier charge resulted from improper way or not appropriate solvent or thinner to make brushes hair defected or falling hair , hair head or handle break ect.,

 3)/ Replacement Rule

 If brushes really proved bad quality or seriously defected inconsistent with the approved samples or difference as stated the goods description while ordering, please immediately contact for replacement.

1/ Cleaning

 All cosmetic brushes should be washed thoroughly with mild soap or shampoo for human being and a glass of warm water with a temperature less than 50C(122F) for 5-10 minutes,after that rinse it out in clean water.

 STEP1: Use a mild face soap for final cleaning,wet the brush in lukewarm water and work up a lather by rubbing brush on palm of hand.

 STEP2: Make sure color left is out of brush, rinse thoroughly, shape, and keep a brush resting horizontally or on the handle (hair up).

 STEP3: If you don't use a brush, please keep brushes in a closed box, bag or case. Notes: Long time could result in a hair loss.After taking the brush out of the solvent rinse its hair in the water and dry it out at the room temperature naturaly.

2/ Protecting & Caring Hair Shape 

 Notes: Don’t leave brush’s hair in the contact with a bottom of the glass with solvent even for a short time. Hair might lose its shape forever. Use a glass with a special brush’s holder to prevent the hair from contact with the walls and the bottom of the glass. Hair of a dry brush could also lose its shape. Keep a brush horizontally or on the handle(hair up). If you use acrylic paints rinse a brush in the water immediately after using it. That is if you use many brushes all the brushes except one (which is in use) should

be kept in the water. Acrylic paints dry out fast especially near a ferrule and they are difficult to remove afterwards. Sometimes if hair lost its shape you might somewhat recover the shape by putting a brush into the water with the temper 80-90C(176-194F) for 2-3 miniutes.
