This kind technology mainly use extrusion unit, precision higher than slot die extrusion type, film thinner, use lower temperature resistance material as base material.

 Equipment has two technology for customer, slot die coating & rotary bar coating, slot die is the traditional technology, we own it for more than 15 years experience, maybe our engineer help your friend installment in this industry before. Rotary bar technology is a new technology these years in China, but used increase gradually all over the world.

We could advise according customer product request which one is better, slot die for paper/foam product is better, rotary bar for film product better, adhesive surface no line on it, such as BOPP TAPE(BOPP film need to silicon treatment), PET film label, UV adhesive label or high grade adhesive label, adhesive tape product.

15.  Cooling water recycle control system, die head transfer hot oil temperature control system. Steel roller heating transfer hot oil control system.
