INTRODUCTION About YE-100 Capsule Pressure Gauge

YE-100 Capsule pressure gauge uses a diaphragm capsule as a sensitive element for measuring small pressures. It is used to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure of the gas which have no corrosive effect on copper alloy and have nonexplosive condition. It is widely used in drilling furnace ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices and other similar equipment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT TEMPERATURE: -25~55°C

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The surrounding air doesn't contain harmful gases which can corrode the instrument

TEMPERATURE EFFECT: Operating temperature deviates 20 ± 5 °C, the additional error will be not more than 0.4% / 10 °C.

STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLE

The CAPSULE pressure gauge is consists of measurement system (including joints, capsule, etc.), indicating device and housing. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the capsule, the free end generates a corresponding elastic deformation and then move. The transmission mechanism is driven by the shift lever to amplify. The pressure will be showed in dial by the indication device.
