1. Can you do customized designs ?

Yes, OEM service is available.

2. What is your OEM service procedures?

Confirm the design from customer, to modify for production and make sample. 
Mould fee and sample fee are required and will be returned with 1st mass production. 

3. What is your MOQ and price?
For customized safe, MOQ is 500pcs; for stock safe, you can buy the quantity you need. 
Our FOB price is based on your model and quantity. 

4. How about your sample fee and delivery time ?
For stock sample,it can be sent to you when the fee & freight is received .
For customized sample, it takes 30-50 days to prepare.

5. What is your Payment term?
T/T: 30-70% in advance, balance against BL copy.
L/C: 100% L/C at sight.

6. How about your Packaging & Shipping ?
PACKAGING: One piece one foam protect the Panel + one bubble bag + one export carton (color box based on MOQ 500pcs).
SHIPPING: 25-35 working days to finish production.

7. What is your AFTER-SELLING SERVICE ?
Five years warranty for safe, three years for spare parts, 
New keys will be made with tracking number on safe free of charge, and the express delivery will be in 10-15 days with freight collect.
