2) How to inflate the bunker ?
A: don't worry , this is easily to install ,and we will enclose the instructure to you , of course , any question , pls fell free to contact us .

3) Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me ?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder to delivery your packages.

4) How could I Shipping the goods ?
A: By Express (DHL,UPS, FedEx, etc.), By Air or By Sea according to your order quantity. We will choose the best shipping way for you.

5) Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged ?
A: 2 years' limited warranty. It’s long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there’s any problem.

6) Is all your equipment safety tested ?
A: All our equipment is annually tested by RPII, PIPA or ADIPS tester.
