A  Our factory is located Yixin City, Jiangsu Province. Nearest port is Shanghai port.

A  A.\tFlight: 3 hours drive from Shanghai PVG airport to our factory 2 hours drive from Shanghai Hongqiao airport to our factory

B.\tHigh Speed Train : 0.5 hour from Shanghai Hongqiao to Wuxi East station, then 1 hour drive to our factory

Q  3.\tHow big is your factory?

A  We have 4 buildings , total coverage 200,000square feet.

Q  4.\tWhat is your factory back ground ? How many years have your factory been in kitchen cabinet business ?

A  Our predecessor was Sunco cabinetry known as first cabinet manufacturer located to USA market located in Shanghai Pudong area 25 years ago. Now most of workers and management team moved to new site Yinxin Jiangsu and have a new name Sunwell cabinetry. We have majority of experienced workers from previous factory. 

Q  5.\tWhat machinery do you have in your factory?

A  Wood shop: High frequency door assembling machine, automatic face frame hole and dowel milling machine.
Paint shop: Suspension stream line , UV automatic spraying machine, Cefla automatic water based coating machine.
UV shop: 73 meters length three base coating one face coating machine with extra UV water based color coating.

Q  6.\tWhat is your MOQ ?

A  One color one 40 feet HQ container

Q  7 How many cabinet can be loaded in one 40 HQ container?
A  Around 700 cabinets equal to 50-55 kitchens

Q  8.\tHow you pack your product ? Is it flat packing ?

A  Yes, Usally we RTA packing to save the space, customer can easily assemble their cabinet at warehouse. But we also can provide service pre-assemble the cabinet in our factory.

Q  9.\tWhat kind of assembling method do your factory use?

A  Some customer like staple themselves, and some need Metal clip (bracket), some need camlock, and nowadays customers like pocket screw connection.

 Q  10.\tWhat species of wood do your factory use?

A  Oak, maple, birch, beech and some PVC door and arylic door as well as melamine door.

Q  11.\tCan you make frameless European style cabinet ?

A  Yes, we do have some export to Australia and Canada, they request frameless cabinet.

Q  12.\tWhat is your normal lead time for one order?

A  40-45days after receiving deposit

Q  13.\tFrom your experience , what do you think most important in quality control on cabinet business ?

A  First is color matching , we keep color consistency even matching customer’s inventory 3-4 years ago. Secondly is moisture control, solid wood door need have good moisture control system to ensure the door no cracking or shrinking at customer end.
