Q1. If we can make products according to the dimensions those clients provide?

A1: most products we have standard sizes, sometimes we can customize clients’ ideas if the quantity is large.

Q2: what kind of printing do we use?

A2: We suggest heat transfer printing,also we can used Hot Stamping,Printing,Embossing,UV Coating,Silk-screen Printing or Sticker. 

Q3: what is heat -transfer printing?

A3: Heat-transfer printing, also referred to as thermal printing, thermal-transfer printing and thermal-wax transfer, uses heat to transfer an image from wax to an object. Thermal-based printing methods work with pre-printed images on a single paper sheet or produce printed-on-the-fly images made by layering wax dye onto an object. Heat-transfer printing can replace or supplement alternative printing methods.

Q4: how fast is the delivery?

A5: for tents , usually 5-10 days. For furniture, usually 3-5 days. For customized products or new products , we need some more time , about 10- 15 days.

A6: one  year. Of course sometimes we will depend on the actual situations.
