1)constituent
Rubber powder production line machine consist of Tire crusher and accessory equipment. Accessory equipment include As follows,
ring cutter, Strip cutter, Rim cutter, steel wire separator, vibrating screen, magnetic system and conveyor.
2)Technological process
Waste tyre production line machine consist of tire crusher ,ring cutter,strip cutter,rim cutter,steel wire separator,librating screen,magnetic system and conveyor. Through ring cutter,strip cutter,rim cutter ,processing tyre change into 3.5cm block.
second,using XKP400/450/560 rubber crusher,shred block into powder. (shred 3.5 CM block into 10-30 mesh size powder)
