We have 18 shape molding machines which are fully functioning, that means we have a very very strong capacity that thousands of pieces of products could be produced in one day and deliver tens of thousands of certain products is just a piece of cake, so no order is too big for us. We are capable of developing any kind of CNC aluminum molds. We have tons of aluminum molds laying in our plant which we built for our clients for their designs. A:Yes , we are a factory specialized at EPP EPO and E-TPU foam molding ,and we can also manufacture some EPS foam helmet part .For customized design products ,pls provide us the following information :

1.the 3D drawing of your design(or samples and 2D drawing)
2.The foam you need (EPP,EPO,E-TPU or EPS ?)
3.The color and density of foam you need .(if you do not make sure ,then pls tell us the application of your products,we can give your suggestions )
