A: We will quote it within 12 hours, please keep in touch with us tightly for more efficient work and service.

3. Do I need to come to your factory to order?
A: No, you do not need to come here. We can do everything through email, phone and post. But welcome to visit our office and factory.

4. Can I order samples first and then place the bulk order?
A: Yes, we would make the sample for you subject to your required details confirmed. But the sample is not for free, we will deduct the sample charge once you place an bulk order.

5. What kind of design files do you accept for printing, and you help us make a design?
A: PDF, AI, Core Draw, high resolution JPG, all these available. we have professional design team, so it is easy to make a desgin for you before big production.

6. What is the lead time for samples?
A: Generally speaking, the samples will be shipped out within 12-15 days. For stock items, we can send you immediately.

7. What is the lead time for bulk order?
A: It depends on your clothing designs and detailed requirement. In general our production ablility is 150,000 baby clothing items per month, and the production term will be less to 15 days if we have fabric in stock.

8. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A: Yes, we can do OEM/ODM service, but you should pay for it if some cost happened.

9. How about Color difference?

A: Due to lighting, monitor and personal understanding of color, color difference between photo show and actual product is inevitable, your understanding is highly appreciated. For more problem, please contact us directly.

10. How can i visit your factory?

A: Our factory locates in the very center of China. Luohe city in Henan province. it is very convienent for you to arrive us by G-train or by air (zhengzou airport, 1h's drving to our factory), please call us once you have a plan for visit.
