12mm waterproof and fireproof phenolic resin HPL compact laminate for toilet partition
Zhongtian Polybett® compact laminate is a structural panel faced with two sides decorative surfaces. For its high strength, impact, water and humidity resistance, it is ideal for interior use such as wall panels, toilet partition, counters, lockers and furniture. It could be drilled, tapped, sanded, shaped and cut with standard carbide tipped tools. The rich colors of compact laminate make it outstanding in decoration.

Incomming quality inspection:
Confrim order---purchase paper----paper delivery to factory----paper transfer to warehouse----weighting, checking the quality and appearance---Qualified: transfer to the workshop and wait for production. Disqualification:transfer into the disqualification area, inform and back to the paper factory.
Press machine inspection:
Laminate out of the machine---inspect the sheets thickness---Qualified:transfer to the next production process. Disqualification:transfer into the disqualification area,waiting to be processed.
Pre-delivery Inspection:
The laminate transfer into the semi-finished products warehouse after cutting rough edge---inspect the appearance, size and thickness---Qualified: transfer into the finished products warehouse, waiting for packing. Disqualification:transfer into the disqualification area,waiting to be processed.
Q1. What is your terms of packing? |
A: We pack our goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets, The thickness of laminate more than 5mm will be packed by plywood pallets normally. |
Q2. What is your terms of payment? |
A: 1.T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% pay against the copy of B/L. |
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? |
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. |
Q4. How about your delivery time? |
A: Generally one 20GP container, the HPL will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The compact laminate will take 10 days after receiving your advance payment. |
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? |
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples, but frist of all we should confirm the surface and size whether we can produced. |
Q6. What is your sample policy? |
A: Free A4 size samples or around 12cm*12cm size. |
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery? |
A: Yes, we have 100% test and inspect the lamiante one by one before delivery |
