Brief Information
The series of glass bottle filling machine combines the washing, filling, sealing functions on the same machine. The design of the machine is scientific and reasonable .The appearance is beautiful and the function is complete. Its operation and maintenance is convenient. And its automation is high.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine .The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle .When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

Rinsing Part
This part is made up of lifting device, the main transmission device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, and open clamp cams and over turn cams etc.
Filling Part
Wine filling machine is specially designed according to the beer feature, and the filling part is designed to be twice pre-evacuation.
The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, beer tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.
Capping part
The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slideway, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column.
After the bottle is transmitted from the filling machine, the capping nozzles have been fed with a bottle cap. The capping nozzles moves downwards the bottle under the capping platform driven by cam guideway, then the bottle cap with the aid of the damping ring.
Automatic Cap Loader
There is a detector switch in the cap sorter, when the cap is not enough, the detector on the cap sorter get a signal of lacking-cap, the cap elevator starts. The caps in the tank fall into the air by the function of the vibration motor and then pass through the air conveyor of the cap to the cap sorter.
Conveyor System
>> Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.
>> Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, structure is compact, noise is little, easy assembling and maintaining, have flexibility to combine the bottle type according to the different capacity.
>> The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the control method , select the electrical control component according to client’s layout, to improve the conveying stablity
Touch screen control panel
Each phase can be fully programmed by the operator to suit the product to be filled(Vacuum, CO2 injection,filling, snifting). Multiple recipe management.

• Automatic single head capper unit for crown caps or on request other types of closures
• Automatic caps dispensing hopper made in stainless steel.
• Pneumatic bottle lifting.
• Safety microswitch on the middle star for bottle jam detection.
