Principle of spray dryer

High Speed Centrifugal Atomizing Spray drying machine : After filtering and heating, the air enters into the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters into the frying chamber in the spiral form uniformly. By passing through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, the material liquid will be rotated and sprayed into extremely fine mist liquid besds. Through the short time of contacting with hot air, the materials can be dried into the finished products. The finished products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclone separator. The waste gas will be discharged by blower.

We can offer FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW and other price terms based on your requirement.

l What payment terms you take?

We prefer T/T, but other terms also workable for us.

l Will you help with installation and stuff training?

Yes, we can send our engineers to your place to guide installation and train if need. But the buyer should bear our technician's all the expenses incurred in the trip of the Seller's delegation for erection, commissioning and training, including air tickets, meal, hotel accommodation and local transportation, and include subsidiary USD100/day/person.

l How can I visit and check your company?

Our factory is located in Changzhou and it takes one hour from Shanghai by train.
