Q1: Where can I get a price list?

A1: A fixed written price list is not provided since the all items are quoted individually due to different sizes, surface finish, material thickness. 

Please send us your order requirement, for example, quantities, colors, and ect so that an accurate quotation could be given.

Q2: How much would be charged if I want to have my own design on the products?

A2: It depends on: a) whether or not our existing mould would be change;

                               b) how large is your design;

                               c) other special needs on outer/inside finish;

                               d) quantities needed.

Q3: What's your raw material? Are they safe for food?

A3: Our product are mainly made of Galvanized Zinc Meta and Tinplate, and some of stainless steel. 

They are proved to be safe for food and children since a kind of food lacquer is coated inside of the tin to prevent erosion between the container and food. 

With LFGB,  and other certifications, your needs and rights are well guaranteed.

Q4: How long would it take to get a sample?

A4: For our regular stocked products, 3-7days to get samples ready, and for your own design, 7-10days are normally needed.

BBQ USAGE TIPS:

WARNING: To avoid a possible burn hazard, allow the Grill to completely cool before relocating or cleaning it.

CAUTION: Inspect the Grill regularly for loose Bolts and Nuts, tightening them as necessary.

NOTICE: 1) Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the Grill.

2) Clean the Bowl, Lid, Cooking Grid, and Charcoal Grid with a sponge, warm water, and a mild soap. 

Wipe the remaining parts with a damp sponge.  

3) To remove baked on debris from the Grids, soak them for about 15 minutes in warm water 

and then use the scrubbing side of a sponge. For the assembled Bowl, pour warm water into it and let it soak.

4) Do not use harsh pads on any part of the product to prevent scratches and damage to the finish.

5) Store indoors or in a sheltered outdoor location when not in use.
