This production line is used to produce wooden ice cream stick, ice cream spoon, coffee stirring sticks and tongue depressor for medical purpose.

The wooden ice cream stick production line basically includes Rotary cutter, Carve cutting machine, Drying and polishing machine, Special blades sharpener,Selecting machine, Chamfering machine, branding machine, bundling machine, packing machine, etc. Of course, some of them are not the necessary equipment, so you can choose the machines according to your real situation.

The popular wood used in China is the Birch, if yo do not have this wood available in your country, you can use other wood, it is better for you to send samples to us for testing to check whether it is accepted.

*The general producing process:

1.Cutting the wood logs into segments with certain length as required.

2.Boiling the wood segments for about 3-4 hours.

3.Peeling the wood segments and then using the rotary cutter to process them into wood veneer.

4.Cutting the veneer into ice cream shape by carve cutting machine.

5.Drying and polishing the ice cream sticks by drying machine.

6.Selecting the unqualified sticks out by selecting machine.

7.Chamfering the ice cream sticks into smooth half round edge and more standard shape.

8.Branding the stick with logos

9.Bundling or Packing the ice cream sticks.
