1.Soldering Condition
1-1 Pb-free solder temperature profile
1-2 Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times.
1-3 When soldering, do not put stress on the LEDs during heating.
1-4 After soldering, do not warp the circuit board
1-5 When repairing, The heating temperature control within 260℃,and the heating time control within30s(If the temperature is too high or time is too long, LED will be permanent damaged)
2.Storage
2-1 The product is packaged in anti-static aluminum foil bag with desiccant and humidity card.
2-2 Storage conditions: when vacuum packaging, storage at 10 degree C~30 degree C, and humidity is less than 60% RH.
2-3 After unpacking, please at 10 degree C ~30 degree C, humidity is less than or equal to 60% RH, and completed in the 12H patch, over time, please Re – bake dehumidification conditions: 60 degrees x3h.
