The motorized drum that work environment the temperature is -10 - +40'c .The temperature that transport the material exceed 60 'c. The elevation high of work location not exceed 1000 meters.

With advantages of Hardened gear surface,planetary gear drive.steady rotation.low noise,big capacity with over-load and large power range.it can equip with hydraulic coupling,Stop reverse unit,brake and explosion-proof electric motor and suitable to large and middle scale belt conveyor with awful environment and explosion-proof requirement.
Structure Descriptions
TDY75 model built-out gear-reduceing drum consists of three parts of drum body,drive and electric motor(II model without motor bracket) The drum body includes drum shell,bracket and gear reducer. The Driver includes electric motor,coupler,hydrualic couplier,stip reverse unit and brakes etc. The bracket is welded by steel ssheet and used for erectiing electric motor and its cover.and also designed and made bycustomer.
TDY75 externally-mounted style motorized conveyor pulley
The motorized conveyor pulley work environment temperature is -10℃ to +40℃,the delivery material temperature can not exceed 60℃.The elevation height of the working location can not exceed 1000 meters.
