Working Principle:

The wet material is continuously added to the first layer of drying disk of the upper part of the dryer. The arm with the rake blade rotates to make the rake blade continuously roll over the material. The material flows along the exponential spiral line through the surface of the drying disk, and the material on the small drying plate is moved to the outer edge, and falls to the outer edge of the lower drying disk at the outer edge.

The size of the drying plate is arranged alternately up and down, allowing the material to flow continuously through the whole dryer. The hollow drying disk is filled with heating media in the form of saturated steam, hot water, heat conductive oil and high temperature molten salt, and the heating medium is in the form of saturated steam, hot water, heat conductive oil and high temperature molten salt The heat medium enters from one end of the drying tray and is derived from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of the dry tray to the bottom of the shell and is finally removed from the rake blade to the outlet. Moisture overflows from the material and is discharged by a drain on the top cover, and the moisture of the vacuum tray disc dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packed.

By adding finned heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag dust collector, dry material back mixing mechanism, induced fan and other auxiliary machines, it can improve its dry production capacity, dry paste and thermosensitive materials, and can easily recover solvent. And can be pyrolysis and reaction operation.

Features of Tray Disc Plate Dryer:

1. Continuous operation, high thermal efficiency. The continuous drier dries by conducting heat transfer. In the drying process, only a very small amount of air (or no air) is passed into the dryer, and its tail gas is carried very little, so its thermal efficiency can reach more than 65%.

2. Low power consumption and low noise. Because the material layer is very thin, the rotation speed of spindle is low, the power of material transfer system is small, the power consumption of the whole drying device is only 1/5 to 1/7 of the power consumption of heat transfer device in convection mode, and the noise is very small.

3. The material is heated evenly and the drying time is short. As the material is rolled along the trajectory of Archimedes spiral in the drying process, the walking distance of the material is 5 times the radius of the dry disk, and the layer by layer falls down, so the material contact heating disk time is basically the same, and the heat is very uniform.

4. Small material loss, good to environmental protection.

Inorganic chemical products: light calcium carbonate, active calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sulfur concentrate, pyrite, copper-nickel ore, aluminum hydroxide, white gray black, strontium carbonate, barium carbonate, potassium carbonate, Silica powder, barium sulfate, potassium sulfate, magnesium hydroxide, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, sodium chloride, iron oxide red, iron oxide black, lithium hydroxide, nickel hydroxide, Zirconium hydroxide, calcium phosphate, sulfur, etc.

Operating Process of Tray Disc Plate Dryer:

• Basic configuration of disc continuous dryer flow: wet materials are evenly added to the top of the disc continuous dryer through a quantitative feeder, and the drying process is finished in the drier, and the dry materials are discharged from the bottom of the dryer.
• Disc continuous dryer plus heat dispenser flow: suitable for drying process with high evaporation intensity. On the basis of basic configuration, a finned heater is added to the dryer with small flow of hot air, which is used to absorb the moisture released from the material during the drying process, and to prevent the moisture from condensation at the top of the dryer and in the exhaust cylinder.
• Disc continuous dryer plus hot air system flow: suitable for drying process with high evaporation intensity. On the basis of basic configuration, it is equipped with finned heater and exhaust fan to remove the moisture content from the drying process quickly by entering the hot air, which further strengthens the heat transfer and drying process. Moisture is prevented from dew in the exhaust pipe at the top of the dryer.
• Disc continuous dryer plus dust removal device flow: suitable for toxic, harmful, pollution to the environment and easy to drift materials drying, such as pesticides, dyes and their intermediates. On the basis of basic configuration, it is equipped with bag dust collector, finned heater and induced fan to capture the trace and light materials contained in the tail gas, which can protect the environment and reduce the loss of products.

2. If there is over-size drying machine, we will choose the flat rack container to shipping.
