2. How about the quality from USOM?

We are professional inspection team with 100% QC in production process and before the goods being packed up. Our products can pass CE and ANSI regulations.

3. How about your production lead time?

• For OEM order, we will finish production and make the delivery within 25-35 days after receiving your full payment or 30% deposit.
• For ODM order, we will finish production and make the delivery within 50-60 days after receiving your full payment or 30% deposit.

4. What is your payment condition?

• For a large quantity order, our usual payment is by T/T, 30% for down payment and the 70% for balance. ( also you can choose L/C if you want)
• For a small quantity order, there is Western union, Money Gram, PayPal, Trade Assurance In Alibaba... etc. for your choosing.

5. Can we make our own logo on product?

Sure, customers' logo can be made by laser, printing or metal one, etc. 

6. Can I get a test order first before bulk purchase?

Yes, that's no problem, a test order is also welcomed initially. 

7. Can you refund the sample cost when I place order?

Yes, sample cost will be refunded once mass order confirmed.

8. What's the warranty?

We are very confident to our products. Before sending out, we will check out each single one and pack them well. But to avoid any subsequent trouble, please check on your glasses upon receiving, and keep us informed if there is any damaged ones. For glasses with quality issue, we have policy to re-deliver to you for free.

9. Can you make artwork or open mold according to my idea or thoughts?

Of course, we have design team for mold drawing.

10. Can you send me your catalogue with price list?

We can send you our catalogue, but the price depends on model number, frame/lens material, logo, color and quantity you want, pls list the details of your choice, then accordingly we will quote you most competitive price asap.
