We have 8sets of die casting machines, 10sets of cnc machines & 8sets of cnc lathe machines, and more than 10sets of tapping machines and some post processing machines; Wer make the mould indoor with EDM machines.
We have painting line and assembly line indoor. We also have very strong equipments and surface treatment technology provided by the outsourcing factories.

 Our Testing equipments including 3D tooling and projectors for testing the dimensions, we also can do the roughness, coating thickness, salt spray test, etc.
We have 10 engineers and 12 sales in our office team. Starting from our productions, we have a complete quality systems. First, we have special IQC, IPQC, then PQC, and finally OQC to ensure that there is no error for each producing processing;

3, What is your MOQ, can you accept the small quantity?

Normally, our MOQ is 500pcs, but it should be depended on the design. Surely we can accept with the small quantity. We know that every order is started from a small quantity. We are convinced that everything will become simple if we focus on the things we do.

4,What is your Payment terms?

Our main payment terms is :T/T 30% in advance, 70% before we shipping the goods. Surely, before before the 70% payment, we will provide the fully inspection reports with some pictures for our customers.

5, How do you handle with the quality problems?

If there are any quality problems made by our team. We will takes 100% responsibility for it. We will re-produce the goods for you immediately, to try to reduce your loss as much as possible.
