Product Description

High speed rebar / rod / deform bar/ flat wire production line (Rolling Mill)

      include heating furnace, roughing rolling mill, middle rolling mill, pre-finishing rolling mill, finishing rolling mill, flying shear, loop, track switcher, PF line, fixed ruler machine, Auto packing machine and other high precision equipment. It is the technology-intensive product that combines modern rolling techniques with machine, electron, elect hydraumatic, pneumatic and instrument. Only a few countries in the world and offer the complex, high precision and difficult technology.

We can start from scrap to rebar:
Scrap → Smelting furnace → steel billets → reheating furnace → roughing machines → intermediate rolling machines → pre-finishing mills → mono block mills → cooling → sizing →collecting → packing → rebar;

We can also from billet to rebar:
Steel billets → reheating furnace → roughing machines → intermediate rolling machines → pre-finishing mills → mono block mills → cooling → sizing →collecting → packing → rebar;

Products Show

Flying shear

Flying shear is composed by transmission equipment, cutting support base and upper & lower spindle. Rotary tool rest has installed backsword, two spindles which are parallel with start-stop work system. Tool rest makes one revolution to finish one cutting period. Motor drive the spindle through reduction gears and make the upper, lower spindle rotated through the gear.

The finishing mill group

The finishing mill group is composed of top crossed 45° high-speed wire-rod finishing mills.

The finishing mill group is located in high-speed wire-rod workshop. Through 10 unit rack the continuous micro-tension rolling mill will be transported upstream Æ17 ~ Æ21mm of rolling, rolling become Æ5.5 ~ Æ16mm finished wire. The working speed of 90m/s is insured. The specification of end product is Æ5.5mm. 

The snap shear

The snap shear is fixed behind the track switch, and is used to chop the rolled piece cut off by the flying shear before falling into the offcut collector when some failure occurred to the rolling mill.  

Track switcher

Track switcher is behind the 3# flying shear, being composed by upper and lower switchable groove, the finished product will be switched to the finishing mill through the lower groove and the waste will be switched to the collecting device through the upper groove. The upper groove is connected with snap shear while the lower groove is connected with finishing mill.

The pinch roll and wire discharger

The pinch roll and wire discharger are arranged after water cooling plant of finishing roll.The pinch roll is the device for steel line rolling production which mainly used for gripping rolled piece feeding into the wire discharger
