A:Yes, we owned three factories. Mainly specialized in LED Lighting and Electric Heating. 

Q2.Can I have a free sample order for led light?

A:Yes,welcome sample order to test and check quality.The free sample depand on the category,style and quantity.

Q3.What about the delivery time?

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, Official order delivery time needs 1-2 weeks or negotiate for bulk order. 

Q4.Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A:low MOQ,1pc for sample checking is available.

Q5.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:We usually ship DHL,UPS,FedEx of TNT.It usually takes 3-7days to arrive.Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q6.How to proceed an order for led light?

A: We will quote the prices as soon as per your requirement, or suggesion items and prices depends on demand. Then reach agreement between us and arrange the payment as per agreement. Then we arrange the production and shipment.

A:Yes.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q9.How to deal with the defective products?

A:Firstly,our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.Secondly,during the guarantee period,we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call accroding to real situation.
