How to take out BGA chip from motherboard and soldering a new BGA chip?
1.Take out the BGA chip from motherboard--It is desoldering
2.Clean Pad and BGA chip
3.Reballing or replace a new BGA chip directly.
4.Alignment/Positioning-it is mounting
5.Soldering the new BGA on mainboard
