Generally speaking, most of the bamboo in the world is suitable for making barbecue(BBQ) sticks / skewers except very thin ones, in order to get the best result, you would better to choose the bamboo of above 6 years old, some kind bamboo is easy to be processed, some kind is a little difficult, but we have much experience on this problem, the machines can be customized according different situation,.

By using our bamboo BBQ stick machines, by adding some machines, you also can make TOOTHPICKS, INCENSE STICK, COFFEE STIRRING STICK and so on. The bamboo SKEWER production line mainly contains 8 machines.

The working capacity of the standard line is 180000-200000 pieces toothpick every 8 hours, you can increase the capacity by adding machines in the line, we will give you the best suggestion.

All the machines will first packed with film and then packed into high quality wooden case and well fixed.

Generally speaking, machines will be ready within 20 days after we recieved the deposit. FOB, CNF,CIF are all accepted.

We will response client's inquiry in time and anwer all the questions and porvide the information required as much as we can, to help client to make the right decision.

*After-sale service

After client placed the order, we will produce the machines with strict quality control as soon as possible, before delivery, we will test all machines again to make sure there is no problem at all.

Clients are welcome to our factory to learn the operation skills, we will afford the accommodation cost with our standard.
We have experienced engineer who has gone to many countries, so if needed, we aslo can send our engineer to client's place to provide traning service, and the client should bear all the cost of the training service.
