1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a big company with our own factories and professional team.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Lipu County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province, China, about 1.5 hours bus from the Guilin Airport. Our staff would pick you up at the airport or train station. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Different moulds have different MOQ, from hundreds to thousands. Usually we require 3000pcs for normal design and 500pcs for special design. However, the larger the quantity is, the cheaper the price would be.
4.Q: How to control quality?
A:We have our own QC team to check every order strictly. Clients could also ask a third party to come to our factory for quality check.
5. Q: Can you accept OEM?
A: Of course we do OEM Clothes hanger products.
6. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 6.1. We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, while the samples are free; this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
B: 6.2. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.
