China Low Price FRP Demister Mist Eliminator

Demister mist eliminator is composed of corrugated blades and interposed ribs, and usually designed to two layer at the top of the tower.The common material includes PP, FRP, Stainless steel. 

The first stage Demister mist eliminator adopts four-steering corrugated board, the general working channel is 2185mm across the boundary (specifically, the design cross-border according to the actual working conditions);

The secondary Demister mist eliminator is basically the same as the first stage, except that the blade pitch is smaller than the first level(25 mm pitch).

1. Defogging performance can be expressed by defogging efficiency.
Generally, the average droplet volume through the demister mist eliminator is less than 75 mg/Nm³ in one rinse cycle.

2. Pressure drop

The pressure drop of the wet desulfurization system defogger is generally required to be between 120-200pa (two-stage defogger).
