How to choose airbag size:

We can manufacture ship rubber airbag diameter from 0.8m up to 2.8m, length from 5.0m up to 24.0m, and layers from 4 to 12 layers.

If you are not sure about the airbag size needed, pls tell me below info, then we will 

recommend you a most suitable airbag size.

1.Where do you use airbags? for ship launching, landing, marine salvage floating?

2.Your target ships information( ships length,width, weight, or range). 

3. Your ship block height.

4.Your slipway situation and angle.

 About ship airbags Repair:

1) What is the pressure required when pressing the repair rubber to airbag? We will have to use our own jack for this.

Jack need about  0.6MPa

2) What are the dimension of the heating plates? Can I say that the size of repair is limited to the heating plates?

Heating plate size is 20*30 cm, the fixed size is not limited by our heating plate, you can repair 20*30 cm area at one time, then you repair another 20*30 cm...

3) What is the maximum damage area which can be repaired using this heating plates?

For broken of 1 to 6 ply, even puncture and hole size about 20cm(bigger size can be fixed too, but harder), all can fixed by our machine, just if all 6 layers are all punctured, it is much harder to fix. And after  repaired, you need to put the fixed airbags in some place that bear less weight.

4)  Please confirm that all cables are provided and also what sort of power supply and connection is required?

 Yes, you can use the repair machine directly, 220V, this can be used in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia,ect. (we sold to these countries)

5)  Can I check; what is the usual practise when it comes to repair? If damage is on 1^st or 2^nd ply, do we have to repair immediately? Which ply and what size of damage onwards then we have to commence repair?

 This is depend on you, size and layers.  For very small size scratch  (about 5cm) of one ply, you can wait till future. If bigger injure(about 10-20 cm), you need to repair once you found it.

For multi layers and big size injure, I suggest you repair immediately, for small one, you can wait.
