Introduction of wheel polishing machine

DZP wheel Polishing machine is composed of Bowl (withVulcanized wear-resistant layer ),3 sets of vibratingmotors,  springs and Base supporting.

Bowl: The bowl is welded of annular steel plate. It is lined with high quality Vulcanized wear-resistant layer.

Base sporting: It is welded by high strength U-steel, and it has springs to hold the Bowl.

This update DZP series wheel  polishing machine is only suitable for wheel rim with 3 vibrating motors,it can deburring, polishing,cleaning in all directions without dead angle .

A: Material size and bulk density,height of discharge port, ideal capacity for proper type is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.

A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
