Product Description
This combined machine is used for equal pressure filling and sealing of aerated beverage in
the industries of beer and beverage. It has applied the world’s most advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic control technique, it has such advantages as stable filling, fast speed, control of liquid surface, reliable sealing, frequency modulation speed adjustment, little loss of material, etc. We can install remote control system as per customer’s demand, it is priority and ideal facility for medium-size beer plant and beverage plant.
Product Application
beer filling machine is used to fill beer, carbonated drinks,soft drink into aluminum can. Please note that plastic bottle, glass bottle and aluminum can can not adopt in same filling machine.
beer filling machine is customize basing on the different production capacity per hour, filling liquid, bottle types and caps. Different liquid, bottle type and cap type, the filling valve, filling nozzle, bottle carry system are totally different.

Features
Machine structure: monoblock filling machine & twice vaccum filling;
Filling valve: apply professional beer filling valve for aluminum can;
Bush: adopt IGUS bushes without lubrication;
Control system: apply arm controller;
Lubrication system: PLC controlled lubrication;
Filling valve
This is the professional beer filling valve for aluminum can; It is different from glass bottle filling valve. Aluminum can will not have the second vacuum, but have the air replacement;
Carbon dioxide will be injected into aluminum can before filling carbonated drink or beer inside;
Anti-forming system
This is the optional part for beer filling line. Including:
hot water tank, booster pump, hot water injector, heating tube, filter, diaphragm valve.
Aluminum can seaming part
This is the important part of packing system. The seaming is consisted by press head, first sealing roll and second sealing roll.
Now we apply the complete set of seaming head from Taiwan which the performance is more stable.
Packing system
This part is customize based on the requirement:
1, Labeling machine: adhesive labeling machine VS sleeve labeling machine; (if it is the printed can, the labeling machine will not be needed)
2, Date printer: ink printer VS laser printer
3, Packing machine: shrink wrapping machine VS carton packing machine
