 Introduction:
The BYC series coating machine can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries to coat
tablets and pills with sugar. It can also be used to stir-fry beans and mature fruits. Its characteristic
is that the inclination angle of the sugar-coated pan is adjustable, and direct heating equipment
such as electric stove and gas can be placed under the pan. It comes with a separate electric blower,
the outlet pipe goes deep into the pot for heating or cooling, and the heat can also be adjusted.
Meet GMP requirements. It is mainly composed of a host computer controllable room temperature
hot air system, automatic liquid and air supply spray system and other parts. The main motor can
be adjusted by frequency conversion. It is automatically controlled by electrical appliances to
spray the coating auxiliary materials on the surface of the tablet with a high atomization spray gun.
At the same time, the tablet performs continuous and complex trajectory movement in the coating
pan to make the coating liquid uniform. On the tablet core, there is a controllable room
temperature hot air in the pan to dry the tablets at the same time, so that the tablet surface quickly
forms a strong, dense, complete and smooth film.
