Product Description
E-glass Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat
P04 Powder Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an powder binder. P04 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins.
P04 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. The 1.0 oz mat is labelled as EMC300 (grams).

Packaging & Shipping
Each Powder Chopped Strand Mat is wound onto a cardboard tube which has an inside diameter of 90mm. The outside diameter of the roll is approximately 340mm. Each roll is wrapped in plastic film and then packed in a cardboard box. The rolls are stacked horizontally or vertically onto pallets. All pallets are then stretch wrapped and strapped to maintain stability during transportation.

Storage
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture-proof area. Room temperature and humidity should always be maintained at 15°C – 35°C, 35%
– 65% respectively.
Best used within 12 months after production date. Fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use.
