EXPANDED PERLITE
Expanded perlite is the waterproof heat insulation material that is adbestos-free and of high density with high quality perlite particles as the main material and made by cohering inorganic bond and reinforced fiber. Its highest service temperature is 650℃ with wuper low thermal conductivity and chloride. It has very good protection on peripheral steel pipes, being prefabricated to shape up and reistant to deform. It is not only able to have heat reservation function on pertrochemical industry pipelines and euipments, but also has very nice fire prevention and radiation resistance, and the manufacturer is the only one in domestic that has reached the ASTMC610 standard.

High Insulating Effect
Expanded perlite has the lowest coefficient of thermal conductivity among the inorganic rigid insualtion materialss and has super strong insualtion effect so far.
Superior Strength
When the density is similarm the strength of perlite is the highest, the compressive performance is better and not easy to bend among the inorganic rigid insulation materials
Super Light weight
Its density and coefficient of thermal conductivity are lower, which can create better heat insulation effect.
Perlite pipe fitting
Perlite can be made into elbow, tee fittings and easy to install, save manpower
product specifications and sections are based on the reasonable packing curing transit and simple installation, packed in carton and fixed in pallet
Expanded perlite products can be specifically used as thermal insulation layer of power plant boiler and turbine body, chemical plant cracking furnace and distillation column, steel plant heating furnace, drying oven, paper mill digesting kettle, also the thermal cover on the pipelines in these plants.
