Habio Super Temp-resist Phytase 

The national molecular biology laboratory, animal nutrition research center and a number of domestic and foreign scientific research units which subordinate Mianyang Habio Bioengineering Co.,Ltd, using pichia pastoris by liquid submerged fermentation, after years of repeated research and testing, successfully developed Super Temp-resist phytase. 

Definition of Activity

One phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to liberate 1μmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0mmol/L sodium phytate at 37℃, pH5.5.

1. High activity from 30℃-85℃, the optimum temperature is 80℃.

2. High activity from pH2.5-6, the optimum is pH3.5; Higher activity when tested in acid environment.

3. Water Bath treatment: Keep under different water bath temperature for 5min.

4. pH resistance: Keep at different pH for 90min.

5. Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:

Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 83.19%.
