Q: Can I order samples?Are they free of charge?
A:Yes,we do samples orders for certain customers. sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

Q: Is it ok to make customer's own design?
A: Yes. We can do customized.

Q: Can you quote different material for my choosing?
A: We can use different kinds of material to make the furniture. But we do not have enough time to quote all the materials. If you are not sure using which kind of material, it's better that you could tell us your budget like our old customer then we will recommend for your accordingly. Thanks.

Q: When can you finish the quote?
A: It will take about 1-3 working days. Thanks.

Q: Can you send me your catalogue and price list?
A: We could send you the E-catalogue but we do not have regular price list.Cause we are a custom made factory, the prices will be quoted based on client's requirements,like: size, color, quantity, material etc. Thanks.

Q: Can you do FOB or CNF?
A: Yes we can based on the trade terms: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF. Thanks.

Q:What's the payment term?
A:Our payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70 % balance before shipment.

Q: How many years can the furnitures be used for?
