1. Are you factory /manufacturer or Trader?

We are direct factory manufacturer who owns production lines and workers, and everything is flexible and you don’t worry about charging extra money by the middle man or trader.

2. What is your minimum order quantity?

Amazing news! Our start quantity is as low as 144pcs/style!

3. Will your factory able to produce hats with my designs and logo?

Yes, definitely! We offer OEM service to customize hats based on customers’ specific requirements, like material, color, size, etc… Just let us know your idea of the hat design and then we can make the accordingly actual hat come out great!

4. What shall we do if we need our brand logo on the product?

You just need to send us an email with the logo in ai, pdf or jpg format, then our R&D department is fully computerized with AUTO CAD to make your design. Besides, we also design new products to follow the fashion trendy and make your hats popular to people worldwide. Actual hat exactly like what you want.

5. Is your factory able to make samples before order placed?

Surely, no problem. Honestly sample production is the security for both of us to make sure the actual hat exactly like what you want. And even if we go directly into mass order, we will also have a pre-production sample made first for your final approval & confirmation before starting the whole hats.

6. What colors you can do to my caps?

Any common colors are available, and we can even customize dying per pantone color for you based on certain quantity.

7. What’s the sample lead time?

Generally, it’s around a week, but this is adjustable in certain circumstance.

8. How do you control your quality?

From fabric purchasing, fabric-cutting, fabric-embroidering, stitching, ironing and packing, each process is well checked by our QC, and we are committed to providing customers with products that meet the latest standard of excellence.

9. Your material can pass the Euro Certificate? Is your cap USD standard / Euro standard?

You may feel comfortable that our material is environmentally friendly which can pass tests like Teach, SGS, EU standard, etc.

 10. Could you advise me your delivery time?

Usually 18-22days for quantity below 5000pcs, and mostly it’s depending on your cap style, quantity, and logo artwork workmanship. But we will strictly follow the scheduled dead time to ensure the fast shipping as possible.

11. What’s your shipping method?

Depending on your requests, we have our own experienced shipping company that can ship by Express list DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS which is very fast, safe and cost-effective for quantity below 1000pcs. Shipping by air is fast as well, and sea shipping is very cheap but may take longer.

12. What payment method you can accept?

Generally, TT bank transfer is more suitable for large amount. Paypal is also offered which your rights & interests will be well kept.

13. How soon will you reply my email?

Within 6hours in working day, and 12hous on weekend.
