PET recycling machine (crushing, washing, and drying) :

PET recycling machine  (crushing, washing and drying)  working flow:

Belt conveyor→Mechanical label separator → manual separating table→metal detector→belt conveyor→Crusher→Screw conveyor→floating washer→screw conveyor→Heating washer→screw conveyor→high speed friction machine→screw conveyor→floation washer→screw conveyor→dewatering machine→drying system→zig zag air classify system→storage hopper→control cabinet

1. Final products has good quality. When processPET bottle, final products humidity below 1%, impurities100ppm,PVC label content 100ppm . The whole line capacity between 300kg/h-3000kg/hour


2. Parts which contact material use SUS304 stainless steel, thickness more than 3mm, ensure long service lift time

TSSK Series Parallel twin screw PET pelletizing /granulating machine:

This PET Strand Pelletizing Machine/pet granulation line is mainly used for the compounding, filling, reinforcing, pelletizing and modification of PET granules

Crusher machine, to crushing raw metarials (waste pet bottle, pe/pp film bags) into small pieces. Blade are made of SKD-11, from Japan

To remove the pet labels, can be dry process/ or process with water for options. label remove rate reach 99%

High speed friction washer to cleaning the flakes by 1200 rpm high speed friction, process with water 

Floating washer tank to remove the dirty 

Hot washer chamber add some chemicals (e.g. suda) to remove the oil/grease, etc...

Dewatering machine to remove the water , rotation speed reach 1500rpm

ZIg zag air classify system to remove the labels on the last step.
