Q:Are you factory or trading company?

A: we are professional watch producer for more than 11 years; and our factory loacted in Bao'an Shenzhen. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory, where is only 15 minutes drive distance from Shenzhen Airport.

Q: Can I have my logo/brand on the watch? and what's the MOQ?

A: Yes, we can do your logo on the watch as we mainly work on ODM/OEM order; MOQ is 1000pcs.

we can imprinted logo on: Diel/ Case /Bezel / Buckles / Gift Box. etc

Q: Can I have sample to see the quality?

A: Yes, we are happy to offer sample (both in stock sample and customzied sample) for quality testing before order, and there is related sample while can return when place order,please contact me to disucss more.

Q: Do you have any certificates for the watch?

A: We have got certificates of CE, ROSH, BSCI and ISO, our quality is ensured.

Q: what's your production time?

A: Normal production time is 45-50 days,and can be longer if the order quantity is large or during peak season.

Q: What's your payment term?

A: we usually accept T/T payment and 30% deposite before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Alibaba trade assruance payment way is also accpeted.
