 General description of product

Gas generator /oal gasifier is a kind of coal or coke as raw material, with air and water vapour as the gasification agent, oxidation and reduction reaction in the fixed bed mixed gas produced by the special equipment.

Coal gasifier is the process of producing coal gas, a type of syngas–a mixture of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen (H2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour (H2O)–from coal and water. Coal gas, which is a combustible gas, was traditionally used as a source of energy for municipal lighting and heat before the advent of industrial-scale production of natural gas, while the hydrogen obtained from gasification can be used for various purposes such as making ammonia, powering a hydrogen economy, or upgrading fossil fuel

Firstly carry coal adding coal stoker, and then through the stoker adding coal gas producer furnace, steam and air as gasification agent from the bottom into the bellows inside the drum charging, in the event of a furnace with coal gasification agent under the condition of high temperature oxidation and reduction reaction occurs, produce gas.

  Gas generator can be widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, building materials, refractories, ceramics and other industries of all kinds of coal gas or replace the original coal industrial kiln.Burning, annealing, such as heating, drying, heat treatment, melting and tunnels, pushing plate, roller, down-draft kiln, etc.

---Single stage gasifier

 Single-stage gasifier , with 20mm-60mm bituminous coal or anthracite as fuel, is the gasification technology of a series of chemical reactions working inside gasifier., which consists of oxidization, reduction, pyrolysis and drying. Etc. After the technical disposal with optimized alloction of dust-removing , tar-removing and cooling ,etc., the clean coal gas out of gasifier is supplied to industrial kiln by gas pressure adding and transmission system. Hot coal gas and cold coal gas technology are defined according to requirements of different kilns. The whole system includes coal yard, slag yard, coal lifting system, coal bunker, coal feeding system, air supplying system. single-stage gasifier gasifying system. dust-removing and purifying system, light oil catching and recycling system , auto-control system, gas storage, pressure adding and transmission system.

 --Two/ double stage coal gasifier

  The two- stage coal gasifier is a gasifying equipment including carbonizing stage and gasifying stage, with 40- 60mm bituminous coal for fuel. In the upper stage coal is carbonized. The carbonized coal becomes semi cokes, then gets down to be gasified in lower stage Carbonization and gasification of coal are finished in the same equipment. The carbonizing and gasifying gas, after optimized allocation is disposed by dust- removing, tar-removing, Cooling and sulfur- removing technology. The clean coal gas out of gasifier is supplied to industrial kiln by gas pressure adding and transmission system .According to different requirements on coal gas quality of various kinds of kiln , it is composed of two-stage hot detarring gas and two-stage cold clean gas, two different technologies. The whole system includes coal lifting system, coal lifting system, air supplying system, two-stage gasifier gasifying system, dust-removing and purifying system, light oil catching and recycling system, phenol water disposal and incinerating system, desulphurizing system, auto-control system, gas storage, pressure adding and transmission system
